Company Details

Agreement Acceptance

By accessing our website, engaging our services, or participating in our sales representative program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This agreement is effective immediately upon:

• Clicking "I Accept" on any service agreement
• Making a payment for any of our services
• Signing a sales representative agreement
• Using any of our digital portals or platforms

Capacity and Authority

By entering into this agreement, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts, and (if acting on behalf of a business entity) have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

Service Packages

Audio Hooks Studio offers four service packages. Each package comes with a detailed Service Agreement that incorporates the full numbered Scope of Work. Links to per-package agreements appear in the section below. Purchasing any package constitutes acceptance of the applicable Service Agreement.

Professional Standards

• Quality Assurance: All deliverables meet professional broadcast standards and are suitable for commercial use
• Revision Process: Revisions must be requested within specified timeframes and clearly articulated in writing
• Timeline Adherence: Project timelines are estimates; actual delivery may vary based on revision complexity
• Communication: Primary communication occurs through designated portals and scheduled consultations

Payment Structure

Payment Processing and Terms

• Payment Methods: Credit cards and ACH bank transfers accepted via Stripe.
• Settlement Trigger: Work commences only after funds have settled in Company's account. For ACH transfers this is typically 2-5 business days after submission; for card payments, typically immediate. Initiation of payment does not constitute settlement.
• Promotional Pricing Exception: When a site-wide promotional discount of 50% or greater is active, the full discounted contract value is due in a single payment upon contract execution. The 50% / 50% installment structure described above does not apply during such promotions and resumes when retail pricing is restored.
• Balance Due: The final 50% balance is due upon project completion. Final deliverables are released only after the balance has settled in Company's account.
• Currency: All prices quoted in U.S. Dollars.
• Taxes: Client responsible for applicable sales tax, VAT, or other taxes.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Deposits: Non-refundable once work begins. Work begins only after funds settle in Company's account (ACH: typically 2-5 business days; card: typically immediate). Initiation of payment does not commit Company to begin work.
• Balance Payments: Non-refundable once final deliverables are released.
• Cancellation: Must be in writing; client liable for work completed plus 25% administrative recovery.
• Retainer Cancellation: 60-day written notice required; no refund for current quarter.

Independent Contractor Relationship

• 1099 Classification: Representatives receive Form 1099-NEC and are responsible for self-employment taxes
• Business Operations: Representatives operate their own business and may work with other companies
• No Employee Benefits: No health insurance, paid time off, or traditional employee benefits provided
• Schedule Flexibility: Representatives set their own schedules and work methods

• Training Completion: Must complete and pass all required training modules
• Professional Conduct: Maintain professional standards in all client interactions
• Accurate Representation: Provide truthful information about services and pricing
• Confidentiality: Protect client information and company trade secrets
• Non-Circumvention: Cannot directly contract with referred clients for similar services
